In the complicated landscape of audio, many companies put stratospheric price tags on great performance. At Parasound, the mission couldn’t be more different. Their goal is to offer the most performance possible for the money by finding the sweet spot between price and diminishing returns to serve their discerning customers — music lovers, musicians and audio enthusiasts looking for top-tier sound without breaking the bank.

Parasound has several product lines but we mainly focus on their Halo series, which are outstanding performers. We love having an electronics line that delivers such enjoyable performance at a still reasonable price. Within the Halo series there are the signature JC products, which are painstakingly designed by John Curl, the man behind all of the early seminal Mark Levinson products. These JCs get you into the rarefied atmosphere of truly high end performance but at a price that, while not insignificant, is a bargain compared to many more expensive products offering similar performance. The just released JC 5 amplifier is a stunner.

It's hard to go wrong with Parasound’s outstanding lineup of preamps, power amps, DACs and phono stages. This is seriously good stuff.
